Docavra is built so that everyone in a firm, and every client using the portal, can do their work with it, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader or magnification.

The standard
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and check new screens against it before they ship.
What is supported
- Every action can be reached with a keyboard, with a visible focus.
- Headings, labels and landmarks that screen readers announce.
- Light and dark themes with readable contrast, and a choice of text size and typeface.
- Layouts that work from a wide desktop down to the narrowest phone.
- Reduced motion for people who ask their device for it.
Known gaps
Some documents a firm uploads, such as scanned PDFs, may not be readable by a screen reader; that depends on the file. Where we find a barrier in our own screens we fix it as a defect.
Telling us
