Subprocessors

These are the providers that may handle the firm's data while we run Docavra. Each is bound by contract to protect it. We give 30 days' notice before adding one.

Running the service

  • Render: hosts the application and its background work.
  • Neon: the firm's database, in the European Union.
  • Cloudflare R2: stores documents and files, encrypted.
  • Resend: sends the service's email.
  • Sentry: records errors so they can be fixed, with personal data removed where possible.

Messages and payments

  • Frog by Wigal and Arkesel: send SMS within Ghana.
  • Twilio: sends SMS abroad, only where a firm turns it on.
  • Paystack: takes card payments for subscriptions.

This site

  • PostHog: measures how the site is used, without cookies.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: checks the site's forms are sent by people.

Services the firm chooses

Payment providers (such as Paystack, Hubtel, Xtopay or Flutterwave), SMS senders and mail accounts that the firm connects under its own contracts are the firm's own processors, not ours.
