One price for the firm, set by its size

Anyone who signs in to the firm's workspace. Clients using the portal never count, and people who are inactive or have left the firm do not count against the plan.

Everyone already working keeps working. New people wait until the firm adds a pack of extra people or moves up a plan, so one hire never forces an upgrade.

An upgrade applies at once, charged pro rata. A downgrade applies at the end of the period. Nothing is deleted: features the smaller plan does not carry turn read only and come back if the firm moves up again.

By card through Paystack, monthly or yearly, or by bank transfer or mobile money against an invoice, with the subscription active once payment arrives. A yearly subscription costs ten months' price.

No. Prices are shown before tax. VAT, NHIL and GETFund are added at Ghana's rates on each invoice.

You are warned at 80, 90 and 100 percent. At 100 percent only non-essential sending stops: security messages and deadline alerts still go out, by email or in the app. Full storage stops new uploads, never access to what is there. A top-up restores the rest at once.

There is a grace period first. After it the workspace turns read only, with export still open, until the account is settled. A firm is never locked out of its own records.

You can export everything at any time. After cancelling, the workspace stays open read only for 90 days for export, then the data is deleted and we send a certificate of deletion.

Prices are reviewed once a year. A change never reaches a running subscription without notice before its renewal.
