Client portal
A place of the client's own, holding only what the firm shares
The client's people sign in with their own password and a code, and see a document, a date or a bill only when someone at the firm chose to share it.

Who uses it
What each person does with it
- Associate
- Shares the documents, dates and bills the client should see, publishes updates in words for the client, and answers messages filed on the matter.
- Partner
- Gives the client's people access, each with what they may do: everything, finance only, or the legal side without the bills.
- Secretary
- Confirms the meetings clients ask for against the lawyer's open diary, and accepts the files they send once they are scanned.
- Client
- Reads the matter's updates, downloads and acknowledges documents, answers questionnaires, signs, pays bills and sees the money held for them.
