A plan set by the number of people who sign in, paid monthly or yearly. The terms and the price are shown and accepted when the firm signs up, and the trial's work carries straight on.

We can bring your matters, clients and balances across from the system or spreadsheet you use now, and train the team live. Both are paid services, quoted before anything starts.
The subscription
What every plan carries
Hosting and running it
The firm's own database and document store, run and watched by us. There is no server for the firm to buy or look after.
Kept current
Tax rates, court rules and conduct rules move. Every release reaches every firm, so nobody runs a copy the law has left behind.
Backups that are restored
Continuous backups, with a restore rehearsed on a schedule so recovery is something done before rather than assumed.
Import tools, or we do it
Bring matters, clients and balances in yourself, or have us move them from the system or spreadsheet you use now as a paid service, a sample first for you to check.
Tutorials and the help centre
Video tutorials for each kind of work and a help centre to go back to. Live training for the team is a paid service you can add.
Support from a person
Support in every plan by email, phone and WhatsApp, answered every day, around the clock.
Pricing
One subscription per firm, paid monthly or yearly, on a plan set by how many people sign in. Clients using the portal never count, and every legal safeguard is in every plan. The terms and the price are shown, and accepted, when the firm signs up.

If the firm leaves
The data is the firm's. On request it is handed over whole: the database, every document and its versions, and exports in open formats that can be read without us. Nothing is kept back and nothing is stranded in a file only this system can open.
