E-signature
Signed in order, without the document leaving the firm
Signing happens inside Docavra: signatories sign in the order set, need no account, and the signed version comes back onto the matter with a certificate of what each did.

Who uses it
What each person does with it
- Associate
- Sends a document for signature with its signatories in order, follows each one's standing and sends reminders.
- Client
- Opens a link that belongs to them alone, reads the document, types their name, consents and signs by drawing or with a scan of their signature.
- Managing partner
- Keeps the list of documents that may not be signed electronically, with deeds and attested instruments on it from the start.

How it works in practice
The guides a firm's people use, open to anyone deciding whether it fits.
- Request an electronic signatureSend one version of a document to be signed in order, follow each signatory, and receive the signed version and its certificate on the matter.
- Engagement before workWhether time and disbursements wait for the client's signed engagement letter, and how a partner lets urgent work start before it is back.
