Task guide
Licences
Keep the sector licences a company holds, from the Bank of Ghana, NCA, NPA, EPA, FDA, the Tourism Authority and others, with their renewal deadlines and standing.
Record a licence
On a company's Licences tab, Record a licence keeps the regulator, the licence and its number, when it was issued and expires, its conditions and the licence itself. The renewal starts the firm's renewal lead before expiry (sixty days unless the firm sets another), and a deadline is made on the secretarial matter for it. A reminder goes to the people on the matter as it nears.

Renewals and standing
Record the renewal keeps the regulator's new term and copy; the deadline moves to the new date and the old term stays in the licence's history. Record a change of standing keeps a suspension, a reinstatement or a surrender, each with the regulator's paper.
Across the firm
Companies, Licences lists every company's licences across the firm, with those due for renewal marked.
