Start a trial
Sign a firm up for Docavra yourself, confirm your email, and what happens to the firm's data if the trial ends unpaid.
Signing up
Go to app.docavra.com and give the firm's name, the address it will use (the name before .docavra.com), your name, work email and a password, and choose a plan. The trial runs on that plan for the days shown, with no card needed.
Accept the subscription agreement and the data processing agreement for the firm, then confirm the six digit code sent to your email. The firm is set up in a minute or two and you sign in as its first administrator.
Finding your firm later
If you forget the address, go to app.docavra.com/find and give the firm's name before .docavra.com.
When the trial ends
Choose a plan and pay the first invoice under Settings, Subscription before the trial ends. A trial that ends unpaid stops the firm adding new work:
- A firm that has sent its evidence and been verified keeps reading its records for six months, and is warned before its data is deleted.
- A firm that has not been verified is warned, then locked, then its data is deleted about a month after the trial ends.
Before any firm's data is deleted, an export is made and a deletion certificate is emailed to the firm.
